The Barnhouse in Felmingham, Norfolk, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. This single-storey barn conversion has three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with a Smart TV and a twin with a Smart TV, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with another Smart TV and a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a hairdryer. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with a gravelled area and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 1.7 miles. Note: Though the barn is single-storey, there are steps up into the property and throughout. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
