This detached house is in the village of West Burton near to Leyburn and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.  Flanders Hall is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of West Burton just seven miles from Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep twelve people in one super king-size double bedroom (can be zip/lin to twin) with child's pull-out bed, two super king-size double, one double and two twin bedrooms as well as bathroom, wetroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, two sitting rooms with a woodburner and a double sofa bed, sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking and private patio with furniture. Flanders Hall is a delightful house set within superb gardens in a beautiful part of the country. Note: Owner can only accept booking that start on either Fridays or Mondays.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
