This semi-detached cottage lies in Skipton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Dray Cottage is a semi-detached property resting in the market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms, including a super-king-size and a single with trundle bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and sitting room with electric stove. To the outside is a patio with furniture and a weekly parking permit is provided for one car in a nearby public car park. Dray Cottage is a lovely escape to Yorkshire, any time of year.

Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Weekly parking permit for one car in public car park 60 yards away. Patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
