Moorhen House in Patrick Brompton, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Moorhen House consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a living/dining room with woodburning stove effect fire, Smart TV, dining table, a utility with washing machine, and indoor swimming pool. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV, freestanding bath, heated towel rail, Juliet balcony, and en-suite walk-in shower, a double with a TV and en-suite bath, and a twin with a TV and en-suite walk-in shower. Outside, there is ample off-road parking available and access to enclosed lawn garden shared with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with all the family at Moorhen House. Note: Spiral staircase at property, please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
