There is two bedrooms comprising of a king size and a single room along with a family bathroom, it can sleep three people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is a patio and a raised terrace with tables and chairs as well as a free public car park in the town. Middle Cottage is a charming cottage in the centre of a fantastic town.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc in rent. Tiered garden with furniture. Ample parking in the town square (free) just 150 yards from the property. Parking outside the property for unloading is okay. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs within 0,1 miles. Note: Access to two other houses on the row have right of way but seldom used. Note: Please inform owner prior to arrival if you need the day bed making up

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
