Note: No parties allowed The Coach House is a lovely end-terrace cottage that rests within the village of Thornton, West Yorkshire. Hosting three bedrooms consisting of a king-size, a double and a twin, this property can sleep up to a total of five guests. The bedrooms are served by a family bathroom on the first floor, whilst the ground floor is home to a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside there is an enclosed decking with outdoor seating, as well as ample off-road parking for guests. The Coach House is an idyllic holiday home offering the ultimate base from which to explore West Yorkshire.

Gas central heating with underfloor heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. An unadopted road leading up to property. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed decking with outdoor furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Pets must be kept on the ground floor at all times. Please note that the property now has a dishwasher and the washing machine shown in the pictures is no longer available. Please note: The minimum night stay is 3 nights

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
