The Farmhouse, East Morton, West Yorkshire, sleeps eight in four bedrooms.  The Farmhouse consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric range oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining space for eight, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, utility with washer, dryer, and snug with TV. Four bedrooms: king-size with en-suite shower room, king-size zip-link (can be twin on request) and two twin (zip/link can be king-size on request) serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear non-enclosed lawn with patio and furniture, plus off-road parking for 4 cars with EV charging. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair. Explore the countryside of West Yorkshire with a stay at The Farmhouse. Note: The cottage is situated on the owner's land and is accessible via a long bumpy drive approx. 300 metres.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
