The Hay Barn in Holme-on-Swale, sleeps five people in three bedrooms. The Hay Barn consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for six, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin all of which are en-suites. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, picnic bench, and hot tub plus designated, off-road parking spaces for two cars. Sorry, no smoking and no pets at this property. There is a highchair and travel cot available. Guests can find a shop within 3.1 miles and a pub in 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A stay at The Hay Barn promises to be one to remember. Please Note: This property only accepts check ins on Monday and Friday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
