Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room, one double, one twin and a single day bed, able to sleep a total of seven guests and served by a family bathroom. There is a kitchen, a separate dining area, and a sitting room with an open fire. TV with Sky Glass. Fawcetts Barn is a wonderful choice for a rural break to the Yorkshire Dales. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Short breaks must have a minimum duration of 3 nights. Note: The property cannot accept bookings starting on a Sunday. This property only accepts bookings which are Friday - Friday or Friday - Monday in May - August.

Electric central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV with Sky Glass and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One well-behaved pet welcome. Lawned garden to front. We would politely ask that guests do not park on the lawn, as there is off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Check in 5pm. Note: Short breaks must have a minimum duration of 3 nights. Note: The double room is accessed via the day bed room, please bear this in mind when booking. Note: This property only accepts bookings which are Friday - Friday or Friday - Monday in May - August.The property doesn't accept Sunday check in's all year round. Note: Property accepts a minimum of a 3 night stay

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
