This wonderful cottage is situated in the village of Carlton-in-Coverdale near Leyburn, North Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for six people, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove, Smart TV with Freeview, Broadband/WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double and a single, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a private patio with furniture and accessed to a shared lawn, lockable bike storage and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Please be aware that due to this property’s location, the mobile signal is poor, however, WiFi calling is available at the cottage. This cottage only accepts adults and children over the age of 16. Please bear in mind that check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Coverdale Cottage is a fantastic dwelling for a getaway to North Yorkshire.
