This mid-terrace cottage is located close to the village of Silsden and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Curlew Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage close to the village of Silsden, just nine miles from Skipton. The cottage sleeps five people and has one king-size double bedroom, one twin and one single together with family shower room and ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed garden with furniture. Situated on the edge of the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park, Curlew Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Note: There's a locked interconnecting door between the property and the owners' home. Note: The cottage has original, slightly uneven stone steps both to the lower ground floor bathroom (5 steps) and to the first floor (12 steps) which may make it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Also from the parking area immediately outside the rear door, the property is accessed via three steps into the entrance lobby and then two steps to the kitchen.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
