It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a triple room, a double bedroom with en-suite and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to nine people. Completing the interior is a family bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside you will have shared access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna and games room in the complex. Auckland Cottage is wonderful retreat for a family holiday to this part of the country. Please note: Check in days must only be Monday or Friday. This property is subject to a pre-authorisation upon arrival which is arranged directly with the owner. Note - Pets welcome, additional charge of £30pp payable to owner on arrival.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
