Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a wrap-around veranda and a large lawn garden with a a pond, furniture and woodland walking paths. When checking in at this property you will many amenities including gas central heating and wood-burning stove. Electric oven and hob, 2 x microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and wood for wood-burning stove inc. in rent. Quality bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample parking at the property for 6 cars. Large garden with lawn, veranda, furniture, barbecue and river frontage. Hairdryer in every bedroom. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. PLEASE NOTE:. There is a river running through the property and a pond so children are welcome but should be supervised at all time. There is a small flat and studio at the rear of the property in a separate Annex with its own access. It is occasionally used by various family members. They have their own private parking and do not use the garden that is solely used for Sykes guests and remains totally private for you. Please note: between May and September property only accepts 7 night Friday-Friday bookings

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
