Little London rests in Ninfield and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. There is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso machine, a dining room with seating for six and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and family bedroom with an en-suite, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed rear garden with a parasol and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. There is a travel cot available. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Little London is the perfect setting for a holiday steeped in history. Please note: There are steps down to the ground-floor shower room and the staircase has a low ceiling.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
