Flat 35 rests in Littlehampton and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  This second-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a living/dining room with TV and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture. There are a range of on-site facilities, including a bar/restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a gym and rehab wing. A highchair and travel cot area available. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 35 makes a lovely base to relax at the West Sussex coast. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.

Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times. We currently operate a booking system for these facilities, and these can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply). Note: Our fully licenced bar located within the lounge area is open Sunday to Thursday evening 7pm to 10.30pm

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
