Flat 33 rests in Littlehampton and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  This second-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture. Indoor facilities include, rehab treatment, a swimming pool, a gym and a bar/restaurant. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 33 makes a much-need break for those looking to recover. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am

Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times, we currently operate a booking system for these facilities, and these can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply). Note: Our fully licenced bar located within the lounge area is open Sunday to Thursday evening 7pm to 10.30pm

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
