Flat 32 rests in Littlehampton and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.  This second-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box and a living/dining room with a TV, seating and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom. This apartment has access to a gym, indoor swimming pool and games room. Outside, there is a communal garden with furniture, decking and lawned area. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, an on-site bar and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Flat 32 makes a lovely base to explore the Sussex coastline. Note: There is a workshop and rehab wing. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Please note - it is a mandatory requirement that anyone staying in the flats must be able to independently use the stairs in the event of an evacuation or the lift not working.

Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival. Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times. We currently operate a booking system for these facilities, and these can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply). Note: Our fully licenced bar located within the lounge area is open Sunday to Thursday evening 7pm to 10.30pm

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
