The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), twin, and single truckle bed, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Travel cot and highchair available on request. One-well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 8 Sea Way is a pleasant seaside base for a Sussex getaway. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
