Garden Cottage in Farnham, Surrey sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Garden Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a family room with three singles, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private decking and courtyard with picnic bench, full use of heated indoor swimming pool and tennis court, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Garden Cottage is a lovely getaway in Surrey, for a family or group of friends. Note: Driveway is cambered, which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Temporary bed/mattress available on request.

Note: Temporary bed/mattress available on request. Note: Property is situated directly above a riding menage, where horses may occasionally be exercised. Note: There are steep, terraced flower beds immediately below the decking, please make sure children are always supervised. Note: All swimming undertaken at guests' risk. Note: Use of swimming pool is strictly recreational, and not permitted for commercial use. Note: No diving into swimming pool. Note: No alcohol/glassware permitted near or in the pool. Note: Tennis court not accessible between 10:30am-12pm on Sunday mornings. Note: Basic tennis equipment supplied

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
