This lovely, semi-detached cottage is attached to the owner's home and is in the village of Grundisburgh near to Woodbridge and can sleep four people in three bedrooms. Harvest Moon is a lovely semi-detached cottage, attached to the owner's home and is situated in the village of Grundisburgh just three miles from Woodbridge in Suffolk. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and two single rooms as well as a family, ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and a private garden with furniture and BBQ. Harvest Moon is a delightful cottage to use as a base to explore this fabulous part of the country. Please note: From the 13th of January 2023, this property will accept stays with a minimum duration of 3 nights.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, table-top freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer in adjacent shed (shared with owner) dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Private garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note: From the 13th of January 2023, this property will accept stays with a minimum duration of 3 nights.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
