Two bathrooms both with bath and over head shower, basin and WC. Open-plan kitchen dining area, sitting area with wood-burning stove. Utility with wash basin and WC. Snug with wood-burning stove.

This Victorian holiday home rests in Southwold and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms. On entering the front door you know you are somewhere special with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The ground floor boasts a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining room, two sitting rooms and utility area. On the first floor are three generous size bedrooms, one with en-suite and family bathroom. On the second floor are two further bedrooms and a second family bathroom. Outside is a wonderful secluded courtyard with space to cook and dine alfresco.

Central heating. rayburn, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Courtyard, patio furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. 1 dog welcome.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
