The ground floor offers an open plan space for family and friends to come together, with a beautiful sitting room/study located at the front, with comfortable seating positioned to enjoy the wonderful wood-burning stove and Smart TC with guest Netflix. To the rear of the property opening out onto the garden is the light and airy kitchen/dining room, with every mod-con needed to cook up a storm. In addition on the ground floor is a bathroom, perfect for washing those sandy toes after a day at the beach. On the first floor are three well-appointed bedrooms, one king size, a double and a twin bedroom. In addition there is a shower room on this floor. The private garden offers a truly tranquil space to dine alfresco on those sunny days, it is a great spot to enjoy as the sun is setting.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
