Waveney Cottage near Harleston, Suffolk sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with AGA cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for four guests, a sitting area with Smart TV, a formal dining room with seating for six guests and an additional sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with roll-top bath and en-suite cloakroom and a double with en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.7 miles you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towel are all included in the price. Waveney Cottage is a wonderful choice for a remote break to the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
