Seaside Retreat is a pleasant mid-terrace holiday home positioned in Lowestoft in Suffolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a sitting room with a TV and a dining room with seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis along with an enclosed rear courtyard with patio, graveled area and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Smoking and pets are not permitted at this property. There is a shop within 0.1 mile and a pub within 0.2 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
