The cottage is child friendly with a range of baby and toddler equipment available to book (this includes a travel cot, high chair, toddler bathroom step x 2, play mat, changing mat, baby bath, toddler cutlery/crockery, messy mat). The front door leads into a hallway with doors to the large open plan living/dining room and kitchen; there's also a cloakroom and conservatory on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms (1 king, 1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom. The enclosed garden to the rear is spread across different levels, with a table and chairs.
Gas central heating and open fire. Electric oven and grill, Electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with FreeView, DVD/CD player, Amazon Alexa's, Fibre WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair and travel cot available. Two well behaved dogs welcome (second dog charged at £25). There is a dog crate available if you wish, please inform us if wish to use this. Paved garden with patio furniture. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: This property only accepts arrivals on Fridays and week long bookings in school holidays

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
