Kitchen/Dining/Bedroom A well stocked kitchenette awaits, with a fridge, single ring hob, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. The owners provide provisions such as coffee, tea bags, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, as well as a wonderful welcome pack with homemade and locally sourced treats. There is a dining table and chairs positioned to make the most of the views on offer. Then in the warmer months why not dine alfresco on the decking area. A sumptuous double bed awaits, perfect for waking up to panoramic views of the tranquil surroundings, creating an ideal backdrop for relaxation and reflection. Experience the serene beauty of nature from the comfort of your luxurious accommodation, designed to bring the outside in. There is a carefully designed cupboard located next to the bed for you to store your belongings. Shower Room Whilst small in size it offers everything you need to enjoy a soak after a busy day exploring, with a rainfall shower, wash basin and WC. Outside Enjoy dining alfresco using the BBQ whilst taking in the tranquil setting. After your meal, unwind in the luxurious hot tub, where you can relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings under the stars. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
