This stable conversion near the village of Little Glenham in Suffolk sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Horseshoe is a former stable set on an arable farm, in a rural location, 1.1 miles from the village of Little Glenham in Suffolk. This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one zip/link king-size double and a twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, and a shared lawned garden with a patio, unfenced pond, furniture and barbecue. Horseshoe is an ideal base for a couple of family who wish to explore the surrounding countryside, lovely nearby towns and villages and the coast, which is less than ten miles away.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and BBQ. Free use of rowing boat (at own risk). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 20 mins walk. Note: Large unfenced pond in shared garden, children and pets to be supervised. Note: WiFi can be slow.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
