The kitchen is beautifully appointed and is all set up ready for entertaining with an extending table and extra chairs available for any unexpected guests! There is everything needed (and more – there’s even a G&T station!) to create fantastic food for your party so you can look forward to many happy evenings spent here. If it’s a warm, summer’s evening then you can enjoy time alfresco in the enclosed courtyard garden which is safe and secure for the kids and any pets. At bedtime, take your pick from a king-size or ground-floor twin; both are stylishly presented and offer a relaxing oasis of calm after a tiring day of getting out and about exploring. After a quick, refreshing shower in the morning or even a relaxing soak in the bath, grab a coffee in the courtyard and plan the day’s activities.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
