Lower Sketty Green Lodge is a detached, thatched cottage resting in Swansea, South Wales and can sleep three guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner hosting a range with double electric ovens and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a sitting room offering a TV and gas fire, along with a snug containing an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with access to a Jack-and-Jill shower room, and a mezzanine 4ft double, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravelled area, lawn, summerhouse and furniture, as well as roadside parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.6 miles, you will find a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A break packed with things to do awaits at the characterful Lower Sketty Green Lodge. Note: Care to be taken when using the spiral staircase. Note: There is a step up in the rear garden, please take care. Note: The ceiling is low in the mezzanine double, please mind your head.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
