Coach House near Broad House, Pembrokeshire sleeps two guests in one bedroom. Coach House is a reverse-level property consisting of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV and electric stove-effect fire. There is one ground-floor super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV and an en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front gravelled area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 3.5 miles, you will find a shop and within 3.1 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome (more dogs considered on request for an additional charge) but sorry, no smoking. Note: Pets on furniture are not permitted. The leather sofa will have a cover over it to protect it. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Coach House is a fantastic escape for a couple or two friends in Pembrokeshire. Note: Secure storage for bikes and surfboards is available at no extra charge (on request).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
