Green Grove Barn in Carmarthen, South Wales, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. This reverse-level barn conversion has two bedrooms, a double and a ground-floor double, along with a ground-floor bathroom, a first floor wet room, a first-floor kitchen/diner, a utility and a first-floor sitting room with Juliet balcony. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, condenser dryer, and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a courtyard with furniture BBQ. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 1.8 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond so children must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times due to a pond, and they must also be dog and cat-friendly, as the owners have their own cats and dogs. Make memories at Green Grove Barn. Note: The lane is currently undergoing some improvement work and is due to be tarmacked soon - please bare with us during this time and drive with care.

One well-behaved pet welcome (additional charge applies), dogs must be dog and cat friendly, as the owners have their own cats and dogs. The property is on a small holding so pets must be kept on a lead at all times. Sorry, no smoking. There is an unfenced pond so children and pets must be supervised at all times. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
