This semi-detached cottage on the owner's working farm is situated close to the village of Pumsaint in South Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Crud-y-Barcud is a welcoming cottage attached to the owner's farmhouse, on a working livestock farm, 1.5 miles from the small village of Pumsaint and 8 miles from Lampeter. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Crud-y-Barcud is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers in this most delightful area of Wales. Two well behaved small/medium dog's allowed at a charge of £25 per week - Please note there is a big yard and garden for use but dogs must be kept on leads on the full grounds.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
