This ground floor cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin, both of which have en-suite facilities. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a gas fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking, a front seating area and a rear lawned garden with furniture. With wonderful walks from the doorstep and the famous coastal path nearby, Honeysuckle makes a superb holiday base all year round.

Biomass central heating with gas fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Radio, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample private parking adjacent to cottage. Bike storage. Secure drying room for walking clothing range. Front and rear seating area. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 4 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are 3 steps up to the entrance. Please Note: For bookings June-September only a Friday check in and 7 night minimum is accepted, for bookings less than 7 nights please enquire. Note: Cottage accessed down a single lane track, which is also used by a neighbouring farm. Vehicles with a low suspension should take care. Note: Owners offer to guests discounted and exclusive guided walks, sightseeing days out and can provide walking modules to teach safety and competence for walkers. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
