Caravan 22 is a wonderful holiday home resting on the Pendine Sands Holiday Park in Pendine, Carmarthenshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front veranda with decking and furniture, as well as off-road parking available. On-site you will find a pub, shop, restaurant and on-site facilities, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. There are three steps leading up to the property. There is a sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests if required. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
