This detached cottage is set in a rural location near to Cardigan and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Maesgwyn is a detached cottage in the grounds of the owners’ home situated in a rural location just four miles from Cardigan in South Wales. Sleeping four people, the cottage has a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also contains a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a woodburner and a conservatory. Outside is a small enclosed garden and off road parking. Set in fabulous countryside just four miles from the coast, Maesgwyn is a lovely family-friendly holiday cottage all year round. Note: Two dogs allowed at an additional charge of £20/pet.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer,under counter freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned area with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on lead while outdoors due to sheep in neighbouring fields. Note: Country lanes lease to single track lane of 0.1 mile where cottage is accessed, care to be taken. Note: There are 2 steps down into the sitting room. Note: Sloping ceilings and beams in the bedrooms with limited headroom. Note: Check-in 4pm. This property changeover day is a Saturday. Please note: This property only accepts 3 nights minimum.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
