This spacious semi-detached house in Nolton Haven sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. Hillbrook House is a semi-detached house in the village of Nolton Haven, only a minute's walk from the beach. The house offers five bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and two sitting rooms. Outside has private off-road parking for up to four cars with further parking available on the roadside or in the nearby car park. To the rear of the house is a deck with furniture, and a small fenced garden. Across the road, there is a natural grass garden that overlooks the beach with a BBQ and benches. Hillbrook House is ideally placed for the Pembrokeshire Coast Path(which passes the front door!) for boat trips, wildlife spotting or touring the towns and villages of this beautiful region. Famous for its stunning coastline, wildlife and castles. This wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Note: Front garden is across road behind chapel, children and pets need to be supervised. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
