This spacious semi-detached house in Nolton Haven sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms. Hillbrook House is a semi-detached house in the village of Nolton Haven, a few minutes' walk from the beach. The house has a ground floor annexe with four-poster, shower room and open plan living area, and the main house offers five further bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and two sitting rooms. Outside is private off road parking for up to 4 cars with further parking available on the roadside or in the nearby car park. There is a deck with furniture, and over the road is a natural grass garden with BBQ and furniture, overlooking the beach. Hillbrook House is ideally placed for the Coast Path, for boat trips, wildlife spotting or or for touring the towns and villages of this beautiful region. PLEASE NOTE: This property will sleep 10 people from 1st March 2024.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
