The Granary in Newport, Pembrokeshire sleeps six in three bedrooms. The Granary is a reverse-level property consisting of a first-floor kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests, a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove and a shared gym. The bedrooms reside on the ground floor and consist of a king-size, twin and an adult bunk, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. Outside there are independent gardens with a private patio with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking. Within 5 miles, you will find a shop and within 3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also available. The Granary is a wonderful base for your next getaway in Pembrokeshire. Note: Please bring your own cot linen and beach towels. Note: Livery is available at an extra charge per horse, per night – please ask for details.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
