Spring Hill Cottage is in Newport, sleeping two people in one bedroom. The living areas in the semi-detached cottage consist of a kitchen/diner featuring an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two people, and a sitting room with a TV. There is a mezzanine double bedroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is one roadside parking space and a patio with furniture. Within 0.3 miles, you'll come across a shop, and within 0.2, you'll find a pub. Two well behaved dogs welcome but please be mindful that smoking is not allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Choose Spring Hill Cottage for a quaint, romantic getaway in Pembrokeshire. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
