Simple cottage situated on the outskirts of Dinas Cross in north Pembrokeshire between Fishguard and Newport. A short walk via nearby lane will take you to the small cove at Aberbach. Sleeps 3 in 1 bedroom. Otter Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and a living/dining room with seating for three guests and a TV. There is one family room with a king-size and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is one acre of grounds, large fishpond and woodland garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub and within 0.7 miles, the coast and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot is also available. Otter Cottage is a wonderful escape for a family in Pembrokeshire. Note: The charging of EV's from within the property is prohibited. Note: Please bring your own cot linen and beach towels. Note: It is advisable to bring a torch if you are arriving in the dark to be able to see to access the key from the key box.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
