The cottage is beside a boutique B&B on the owner's smallholding, where you will find cattle, pigs, sheeps, ducks, chicken and geese. You can even look after your own duck or hen during your stay, and collect their eggs. The cottage is set solely on the ground floor, with a king-size double bedroom that can be converted into a twin and an en-suite WC, as well as a shower room. There is an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for one car, an enclosed patio to the front and rear with furniture, and a lawned garden at the back with estuary views. In a great base for exploring South Wales' coastline, The Den is the perfect getaway for friends or couples.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
