Hosting two bedrooms; a room with triple bunks ( a double and a single bed), and a double, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a lounge/diner with electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed area at the side of the property with furniture, and a hedge at the side too for some added privacy. Resting on Elmrise Park with a picnic area, walks and laundry facilities, Chalet 80 is a modern cottage in a vibrant part of Wales. Property does not accept worker bookings. Note: This property does not accept children or infants. The property can only accept 3 night bookings or longer

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed, fenced area at the side of the property with furniture, and a hedge at the side too for some added privacy. One well-behaved dog welcome - £20 pet charge. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles and pub 1 mile, restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: On-site swimming pool is open during summer holidays only at discretion of the site owner, so isn't always open. Note: Laundry facilities available on-site. Note: Electric provided through coin meter provided by the owner. Note: This property does not accept children under 6 years of age. The property can only accept 3 night bookings or longer Note: Strictly holiday bookings only- No Social services & No Worker bookings

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
