This single storey, sea view cottage is in a fantastic location, minutes from the coast as well as the local amenities. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and will accept 1 pet.
Oil central heating. Electric hob, built in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Car charging excluded. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are provided. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed lawn and decked area with garden table and chairs. Strictly one small well behaved dog (additional charge applies). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.6 miles, coast 1.5 miles. Note: Please bring own beach towels and cot linen. Note: The garden is enclosed but we can't guarantee it's dog or child proof.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
