Meadow Cottage in Llanarthney, Carmarthenshire, sleeps six guests. Meadow Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, breakfast bar with seating for two guests, and a dining table with seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, double, and twin, plus a bathroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden, an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, and barbecue, along with off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot & high chair available. Within 1.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, you will find a pub. 1 acre lake with island (with seating), jetty and steps, for wild swimming, paddle boarding and non-motorised boating. 50 acres of grounds, meadows, pasture and woodland (with bridges, streams, zip wire) for walks. Eco friendly - air and water source heat pumps in cottages and solar panels. Shop and PO, 3 pubs, delicatessen and café all 1.5 miles. Electric oven and hob, double fridge freezers for extra fridge space, washing machine, microwave, Smart TV, WiFi, Amazon Alexa, Radio, night lights. 2 horse riding sand schools, and 3 stables with power and water. For bee keepers, the estate produces its own honey from numerous hives on site. Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent, additional wood available to buy on site. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & high chair available. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. The cottages enjoy a spring fed private water source. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Due to property being on a working farm, dogs must be supervised at all times, kept on a lead outside enclosed gardens and when walking around farm, all gates on the farm to be closed. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
