This simple and unfussy cottage, the main part of which is nearly 300 years old, is tucked away along a short private lane in Mwnt near Cardigan, sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and accepts 1 pet. Ty Gwanwyn consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for five guests, and a sitting room with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a children’s bunk/single, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and separate WC. Outside there is a private lawn, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 3 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome (additional charges apply) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. Ty Gwanwyn is a wonderful escape for your next getaway in Mid Wales. Note: Please bring your own towels, including beach towels. Note: Dogs must be kept under control, as grazing animals in neighbouring fields.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
