Broheddwch in Boncath, Pembrokeshire, sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms. Broheddwch, a single-storey home, has a kitchen/diner, sitting room, a king-size bedroom, two doubles, and a single, along with a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 50” TV, and DVD player. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars (unmade farm track leads to the property), and a large lawned and fenced garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies), but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, and a pub in 2 miles. Escape to Pembrokeshire's coast at Broheddwch. Note: EV charging is prohibited.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 50” TV, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
