Hosting five bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower room, two doubles, a family room with four singles, and a children's twin room, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to twelve guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with TV, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburner, a second sitting room and a games room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn and outdoor furniture, along with five off-road parking spaces. Ty Morlais is a wonderful holiday home by the South Wales coast. Note: This property will be a Friday changeover day as from 3rd September 2022 so only Friday to Friday bookings will be accepted. Note: The capacity for this property is maximum 10 adults and 2 children, 2 beds for children are 3 quarter beds only suitable for children under 11. Please Note : There will be ongoing works on a garage on the property land.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
