Brynawel in Burry Port, Carmarthenshire sleeps four guests in two bedrooms (sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests if required). The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a dining area with seating for six guests and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests, an electric stove-effect fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, sleeping four guests in total, along with a shower room, and the dining room includes a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests if required. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 1.1 miles, a beach and please note that two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is also available. Brynawel is a lovely base for your next Welsh adventure.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
