Note: There are steps up to the property and in the garden and the beach access is down a steep path so this property would not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Allocated parking for 2 cars with unrestricted parking available on road outside. Extensive private gardens with terrace overlooking the sea and patio furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles. NOTE: There are steps up to the property and in the garden. NOTE: Children must be accompanied and watched over due to the unfenced headland. NOTE: The door to the semi-circular balcony can be opened for fresh air but the balcony is not to be used for safety reasons. NOTE: The open fire and Aga are available from Mid-October to Easter. The AGA can be very HOT so care needs to be taken and young children supervised. NOTE: The steep footpath at the end of the garden is not safe for guests use and is kept locked. NOTE: No Stag or Hen Parties allowed

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
