Woodpecker Lodge in Butterleigh, Devon, can sleep four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan kitchen with electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with a dining table for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) along with a family shower room. Outside, there is a wraparound decking area, gardens and open countryside and private parking for up to four cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a pub with a shop 3.4 miles away and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcomed (at a charge of £25) and this is non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Woodpecker Lodge offers beautifully presented accommodation in an idyllic rural setting. Note: This property is on a working farm with a busy lambing season between Jan and April, so dogs must be kept on a lead around the property at all times a fee charged for dogs. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
