The Linhay in Lapford, Devon, sleeps four in two bedrooms.  The Linhay is a single-storey barn conversion housing an open-plan livnig space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite shower. Outside there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, two dogs are welcome (with a charge of £25 for the 2nd dog) and there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair, available on request. The Linhay is a wonderful place for a rural escape to Devon. Short breaks will only be accepted for 3 night or more.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
